Supervision is grounded in over 20 years of frontline, leadership, and disability practice. We understand the unique pressures of the sector — from regulatory compliance and participant safeguarding, to delivering person-centred services in complex environments. This service is designed to meet both your professional obligations and your personal need for support, reflection, and development. Our Supervision Includes: - Reflective supervision tailored to your role and registration needs - Support navigating complex cases and restrictive practices - Guidance on therapy methods, ethical and legal issues - Debriefing following critical incidents or emotionally demanding work - Assistance in building skills as your progress in your career and if applicable through the PBS practitioner levels - Guidance on documentation, compliance, and evidence-based practice - Meets supervision requirements under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework, ACA and for psychosocial recovery coaches - Career development planning and business mentoring Who I Work With: Behaviour Support Practitioners at all levels Developmental Educators Counsellors and therapists Psychosocial Recovery Coaches NDIS providers and support coordinator Dee is the mother of 3 (now adult) children with special needs including ASD, ID and chronic illness, they provide the passion for the disability sector and achieving tangible daily living outcomes and support for informal carers. Holding a Master in Disability Practice, Bachelor of Commerce (Commercial Law), along with being a qualified mediate these diverse qualifications this dynamic combination has resulted in expertise in the NDIS since its inception and working within a multi-discipline environment allows for comprehensive and compliant support. Knowing what a bad day looks and feels like she has a unique view as a highly qualified professional as well as lived experience as a carer. Dee speaks complicated and is a specialist in overcoming barriers, upholding human rights and instilling hope through tangible outcomes for families and professionals alike.
