At AHEAD Supports, we understand that conflict—whether personal, professional, or systemic—can be overwhelming. Our mediation and dispute resolution services are designed to restore communication, clarify misunderstandings, and create lasting agreements that support everyone’s wellbeing.

We offer independent, trauma-informed mediation services across a range of issues, with specialist experience in disability, family, community and real estate contexts.

Dee is a qualified and registered mediator including with the attorney general for family law matters and general mediation matters.

Holding a Masters in Disability Practices, Bachelor of Commerce (Commercial Law) and Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolutions and being a mediator positive support practitioner (specialist), developmental educator, counsellor and pscychosocial recovery coach Dee is adept at identifying complex and competing needs and working together towards positive outcomes. As the mother of 3 young adults with disabilities and chronic health conditions and being an NDIS provider she also brings a very personal and deep understanding of concerns across diverse settings.

Rates are $900 for a half day and $1,400 for a full day up to 7 hours with additional hourly rate of $180. Co-mediation is available, additional fees apply.
